Build and lead an SDR team that consistently delivers qualified pipeline. Lead our Sales Development team and build the foundation for our sales pipeline. You will hire, train, and develop SDRs while optimizing our outbound and inbound qualification processes. This role is critical to our revenue growth. What You Will Do Hire and onboard new SDRs Coach SDRs on messaging, objection handling, and process Set activity and outcome targets for the team Analyze performance data and optimize playbooks Collaborate with marketing on lead flow and campaigns Develop SDRs for promotion to AE roles Build and maintain SDR tech stack Report on pipeline generation and team metrics What We Are Looking For 2+ years of SDR management experience Proven track record as an individual SDR Experience building SDR playbooks and sequences Data-driven approach to performance management Passion for developing early‑career sales talent Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with sales engagement platforms Understanding of sales and marketing alignment Nice to Have Experience in SaaS or technology companies Track record of promoting SDRs to AE roles Experience with ABM programs Formal coaching or training certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
