With a growing pipeline of commercial and industrial (C&I) projects across Victoria, the organisation is continuing to strengthen its delivery capability and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across various sites and locations, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, quality, programme, cost, and client expectations. Your New Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial (C&I) renewable energy projects across Victoria, from construction through to commissioning and handover. This role is highly site focused, requiring strong leadership across active commercial and industrial project locations while ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with required standards, budgets, and timelines. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution across multiple live C&I sites. Responsibilities include Manage delivery of multiple commercial and industrial (C&I) renewable energy projects across various sites from mobilisation through to completion and handover Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and site execution activities across C&I project environments Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery outcomes on C&I construction sites Monitor project performance across safety, quality, cost, and programme, ensuring issues are proactively managed across all C&I projects Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication on progress, risks, and outcomes for commercial and industrial clients About You You are an experienced project delivery professional with a strong background in commercial and industrial (C&I) renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, or construction environments, with proven capability managing site based projects. To be successful, you will bring: Electrical trade background or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management Minimum 5 years’ experience in project delivery roles within commercial and industrial (C&I) construction, electrical, or renewable energy sectors Experience managing multiple projects or work fronts across different commercial and industrial sites Strong understanding of C&I site operations, subcontractor management, and project delivery processes Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
