Role Overview You will act as a Senior Project Manager, leading the execution of complex, large‑scale construction projects across Australia and the broader APAC region. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project teams to deliver large‑scale, complex projects on time, within budget and to contract specifications. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, influencing outcomes and ensuring alignment. Develop and maintain client relationships, serving in a client‑facing role. Provide clear direction with an open leadership style, driving results through organized and effective management. Apply advanced problem‑solving, analytical and commercial skills to deliver contractual, fiscal and business outcomes. Qualifications At least 5 + years of experience in a senior project‑management role within the major construction sector. Professional Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2). Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline. Advanced practical commercial, compliance, and project delivery skills. Strong communication and stakeholder‑influence abilities. Ability to work under pressure, manage change and handle strict deadlines.
