About the Role As a Sales Performance & Insights Analyst, under the guidance of an experienced Sales Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the Sales Incentive program across our Residential sales teams and translate large data sets into actionable insights. You will develop dashboards and reports to drive improvements in revenue and KPIs for the Residential team. Contribute to the overall Sales Performance Framework, covering Reporting, Incentives, Target Setting, and Governance. Partner with Sales Leadership to provide strategic and tactical input and recommendations based on data and insights. Develop and maintain new reports and scalable dashboards (e.g., in Tableau) for sales revenue, performance tracking, and strategic storytelling across the sales teams. Develop new tactical reports to uncover future risks and opportunities. Run regular forecast meetings and provide associated analysis and storytelling to key stakeholders. Use a range of data sources to uncover actionable insights and prioritise opportunities accordingly. Support Domain sales-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The Ideal Person Essentials: Experience in an analytical field, insights, or commercial performance role. Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and inform strategy development. Advanced Excel skills and high-level Tableau experience (e.g., complex dashboards and reports). Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Comfortable presenting complex data to non-data people. Curious, self-motivated and high attention to detail. NICE TO HAVES: Bachelors degree in a highly analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Commerce, Engineering). Experience querying data using SQL. What’s Next?
