Overview This is a senior, hands‑on role where you’ll help operationalise AI and advanced analytics across PMX. You’ll lead the delivery of scalable analytics solutions, embed GenAI into everyday workflows, and build data products that genuinely improve decision‑making for our teams and our clients. What you’ll be doing Lead the delivery of AI and analytics solutions across PMX products, platforms and workflows Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting frameworks Embed GenAI and agentic AI into operational processes to improve speed, scale and productivity Support and evolve PMX’s cloud‑based data lake and analytics platform Partner with Product, Media Intelligence and Commercial teams to take AI and analytics MVPs into production Contribute to advanced analytics initiatives including forecasting, predictive modelling and measurement Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders Champion best‑practice data privacy, governance and access controls What you’ll bring 5–7 years’ experience in analytics, data, AI or product‑led environments Strong capability across advanced analytics, automation and workflow optimisation Hands‑on programming and ETL experience (SQL, Python, R) Experience working with cloud data platforms (GCP, Azure and/or AWS) Expertise in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau A track record of embedding analytics or AI into real business workflows Confidence communicating insights and influencing stakeholders at all levels We value diverse backgrounds, ways of thinking and experiences.
