What You’ll Be Doing As a Cyber Security Engineer, you’ll support the delivery of engineering services across domestic and global clients. You’ll work closely with the Cyber Security Engineering Manager and broader cyber teams to implement and enhance security infrastructure, while contributing to high‑quality outcomes. Contribute to the configuration, support, and enhancement of security infrastructure platforms Perform alert tuning, log analysis and incident handling in customer environments Assist with endpoint protection deployment and management Collaborate on implementation of customer‑specific security projects and services Contribute to workflow design and automation across key security processes Deploy and manage SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability and endpoint management tools Maintain and improve documentation and internal tooling Growth & Career Progression Orro will provide additional on‑the‑job training to develop the necessary skills with customer‑specific tools. As you grow in the role, you’ll also have opportunities to broaden your expertise and explore career paths across key areas of our cyber function, including: Security Analytics Security Assurance and Testing Security Consulting Security Architecture What You’ll Bring The Essentials At least 2 years of experience in cyber security operations Working knowledge of networking, SIEM management, firewall management and endpoint protection management Hands on experience with alert triage and event investigation Working knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, with sound application support and troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication and a collaborative, proactive approach Bonus Points Scripting in Python, Bash or Unix based tools Deployment and optimisation of SIEM and SOAR platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk or SentinelOne Workflow automation of cyber processes, or experience with vulnerability platforms such as Rapid7 Even if you don’t tick every box, don’t let that hold you back.
