About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-stream Finance Transformation and Controls Remediation program. This role will oversee critical initiatives across Oracle Fusion workflow diagnostics, balance sheet reconciliation uplift, Delegation of Authority (DoA) governance, and JSOX compliance documentation. This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role, responsible for driving structure, clarity, and execution across complex finance and controls workstreams in a regulated environment. This role is a 12-month fixed‑term contract requiring a full-time, on‑site presence, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections and ensure seamless support across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Finance controls remediation initiatives Manage a blended delivery team of Business Analysts and Financial Accountants Drive balance sheet reconciliation automation and process improvement initiatives Own JSOX control documentation and audit readiness deliverables Engage senior stakeholders across Finance, IT and Internal Audit Provide governance, reporting, and delivery assurance across multiple workstreams About You You’re a delivery-focused Project Manager with strong experience operating in finance transformation or controls-heavy environments. You’re comfortable working across Finance, IT and Audit functions and can bring structure to complex, multi-stream programs. You’re confident managing senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring delivery remains on track in fast-paced, regulated environments. To be successful, you will have Experience delivering Finance or ERP transformation projects (Oracle Fusion highly regarded) Strong understanding of finance controls, AP/AR processes, and DoA frameworks Experience with audit remediation and/or SOX/JSOX compliance programs Proven ability to lead delivery teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Audit) Strong governance, planning, and reporting capability across complex environments Ability to manage competing priorities in multi-workstream programs 17.5% annual leave loading Ongoing learning and development opportunities Wellness programs throughout the year (skin checks, flu vaccinations, EAP, discounts) #J-18808-Ljbffr
