The Bush Church Aid Society (BCA) is seeking a CRM Specialist who has a heart to see people in the bush come to know and love Jesus. About us Founded in 1919, BCA is a Christian missionary society committed to ensuring that every person in the bush has every opportunity to know Jesus. We go the distance – literally and spiritually – supporting ministry across rural, regional, and remote Australia. About the role Reporting to the Fundraising and Marketing Officer , the CRM Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimising BCA’s CRM systems and digital platforms. This role is central to strengthening supporter engagement, enhancing fundraising outcomes, and enabling ministry impact through data‑driven insights. Key responsibilities Manage all aspects of BCA’s CRM system, including: Maintain and improve database health and integrity Deliver timely reporting and insights for fundraising and marketing performance Oversee website functionality as a key engagement and information platform Support digital, email, direct mail and other marketing initiatives Manage and optimise the supporter journeys Provide help desk support and training to staff across regional offices Contribute to other projects as necessary Skills & experience Qualifications or equivalent experience in database management and CRM systems Proven experience managing CRM platforms (Not-for-Profit experience highly regarded) Experience with supporter journeys and data analysis that drives growth in engagement and giving Strong analytical and reporting skills Experience with Clarety CRM (desirable but not essential) Strong organisational and communication skills Personal attributes A committed Christian aligned with BCA’s Mission and Statement of Faith Collaborative, service‑oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Employment: Part‑time (0.4 – 0.6 FTE) Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week in Wynyard office) Reporting to: Fundraising and Marketing Officer Review: 6‑month probation review, then annual Special requirements Agreement with BCA’s Statement of Faith Compliance with BCA’s Safeguarding Policy This is more than a technical role – it’s an opportunity to directly contribute to gospel ministry across Australia.
