Working within our aged care home, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, and respect. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference, with availability for all shifts and weekends essential. Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care to residents Undertake clinical assessments and develop care plans Administer medications and monitor treatment outcomes Lead and support care staff to ensure best practice care delivery Liaise with residents, families, and allied health professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards Respond to changes in residents’ health and escalating where required About You You’ll thrive with us if you have: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (desirable) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, resident‑centred approach to care Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of aged care standards and compliance requirements Current National Police Check/NDIS WC (or willingness to obtain) Training and development pathways Supportive leaders who are onsite A friendly, down‑to‑earth workplace Opportunity to build a long‑term career in aged care Ready to apply?
