What you'll be doing? Designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components. Producing clean, scalable, and testable code. Collaborating with cross‑functional team members on Salesforce‑related projects. Taking ownership and initiative of Salesforce engineering and adding value to the overall technical environment. Engaging in open discussions with team members and stakeholders. Using systematic debugging to diagnose issues, performing code reviews, and driving a monitoring philosophy. Approaching all aspects of engineering work through a security lens. Acting as the in‑house Salesforce expert, continuously staying up to date with the latest Salesforce engineering and sharing insights. Ensuring high coding standards. What you'll bring? 3+ years of experience building and maintaining customisations on the Salesforce platform. Ability to take end‑to‑end ownership of Salesforce development within a company. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs). Experience with Apex Triggers. Experience with Batch Apex jobs. Experience with Salesforce Email‑to‑Case. Experience with external callouts from Salesforce to external web services using Apex REST callouts. A good understanding of Salesforce DX and CI/CD tooling. Understanding of test‑driven development and continuous integration with Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce Governor Limits. Deep understanding of Salesforce design patterns. Experience working in a fast‑paced tech startup environment. Willingness to pick up new technologies and continue to upskill knowledge on the Salesforce platform.
