What role will you play? As an Investment Manager, you will work with internal and external partners on investment‑related activities, including asset acquisitions and divestments, refinancings and direct asset management. You will be responsible for investment transaction processes, including identifying and screening new opportunities, leading key diligence workstreams, building financial models, engaging with key stakeholders and fostering the growth of junior members of the investment team. You will also work directly with portfolio company management to oversee company performance, formulate and execute business plans, and manage strategic initiatives. What you offer 5+ years’ experience as a finance specialist from investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure funds management Tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, economics or a related discipline with strong academic results Familiarity with the infrastructure or infrastructure‑adjacent sectors Demonstrated track record on infrastructure or infrastructure‑adjacent sector acquisitions and divestments An entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast‑paced environment Strong experience in financial modelling, Excel skills, and core presentation skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
