Job Description We’re seeking current Financial Planning Undergraduates to join our Wealth Advisory team. In this role your focus will be on high quality customer service and supporting the Wealth Advisory team across several areas. Support the Client Service Assistants with overflow for client administration, i.e. data entry, information updates with providers, client follow up. Support Client Service Officers with overflow advice implementation requirements. Assist with research of client’s financial circumstances i.e. salary packaging, superannuation policies, insurance policies, investment platforms Work with accountants, solicitors, and brokers to obtain client documentation Client New Business and Review Pack Preparation Manage EOFY tax pack reports for internal and external accountants Assist with Salary Packaging accounts Assist with the management of Insurance premium dishonours and annual insurance premium reminders Assist with daily mail and recording the inflow and outflow in a register Completing regular compliance checking of all files Providing housekeeping and general office duties Assisting the Practice Manager on adhoc tasks and projects Desired Skills and Experience What makes you ‘just right’: Currently studying a Financial Planning or Finance/Commerce Degree Previous experience working in financial planning roles would be favourable Eager to learn and able to take direction A team focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and polished presentation Time Management and Organisational skills Proven skills in Microsoft Office suite What makes us ‘just right’: Open door policy – 1 on 1 access to Partners & Managers Clear career pathways and focused learning and development programs - national Graduate College, monthly tax training,and virtual study sessions You will be part of a collaborative, social and inclusive culture - we have lots of social events, firm drinks, and regular colleague networking opportunities You will learn a lot, you will be challenged, and you will have a lot of fun Flexible working to help you balance work and personal responsibilities.
