Position Details Position: Legal Counsel / Senior Legal CounselProjects: High Profile ProjectsLocation: Sydney Responsibilities Providing strategic commercial and legal advice on major infrastructure projects across transport, renewables, and resources. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts. Drafting precedent suites of commercial agreements relevant to the infrastructure market. Providing advice on contractual dispute resolution procedures. Key Requirements Ideally a minimum of 5-8 years PQE gained either from a renowned private practice or an in‑house organisation. Experience advising on complex transactions, with exposure to project delivery issues. In‑depth understanding of construction law and contracts. Experience with commercial policies and identifying key risks within contracts. Proven ability to manage competing deadlines. A pro‑active and commercial approach to projects and workloads.
