PW5 $77,731 - $83,623 per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience). Moorabbin & Bourke Street Campuses – close proximity to public transport. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day coordination and support to placement administration staff, contributing to efficient workflows and consistent service delivery across courses and campuses. Coordinate and secure clinical placements for students, ensuring agreements, compliance and pre‑placement requirements are met. Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare and community organisations to support high‑quality placement opportunities. Support and coordinate Clinical Placement Facilitators, including recruitment, orientation and evaluation activities. Conduct risk assessments on placement venues and monitor student compliance, including immunisations, Police Checks and Working with Children Checks. Maintain accurate placement data, systems and records, and support reporting, invoicing, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Demonstrated understanding of nursing placement requirements and the vocational education environment. Experience coordinating clinical placements, supporting students, and building industry partnerships. Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences. High proficiency in MS Office and database systems, with a strong focus on record‑keeping, reporting and compliance. Relevant qualifications in nursing, business administration or a related discipline, or a suitable combination of qualifications and experience. WWCC and Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
