The Role We’re seeking an experienced Level 3 Building Certifier/Inspector—or a Cadet nearing registration or currently studying—to carry out inspections across South Brisbane. This is a field‑based position focusing entirely on inspections for project and custom home builders. You’ll be part of a supportive, well‑established team that values professionalism, proactive communication, and client satisfaction. About You Licensed in QLD as a Building Certifier (A3/A4 preferred—cadets encouraged to apply) Studying or completed a Building Surveying degree (essential) 1–2 years’ experience as a certifier or inspector Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Residential experience essential; commercial experience advantageous Current QLD driver’s licence Why Join?
