About the Role As Centre Director, you’ll oversee the daily operations of your service—ensuring it’s a safe, nurturing, and vibrant space for children, families, and educators. You’ll lead with purpose, build strong community relationships, and guide your team to deliver exceptional educational programs. Key Responsibilities Lead and support your team in delivering high-quality educational programs tailored to the needs of children and families Oversee daily centre operations including staffing, compliance, administration, and budgeting Maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the local community Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Work Health & Safety standards Uphold and implement the service’s philosophy, values, and policies Foster a warm, respectful and inclusive centre culture What You’ll Bring Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (as per regulations) Current First Aid, Child Protection, and Food Safety qualifications Valid Working With Children Check Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills A people-first mindset and a passion for early education Why Join Active Kids Group?
