Guidera O’Connor is looking for a proactive and personable Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be the face of our Bibra Lake office, helping create a welcoming, organised, and positive workplace environment. Responsibilities Managing front desk and reception activities, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff Coordinating daily office operations, supplies, facilities, and office events Planning and coordinating daily staff lunches, catering, and monthly celebrations Liaising with food vendors, managing orders, and maintaining kitchen supplies and cleanliness Providing administrative support including travel bookings, record keeping, and project administration Supporting a smooth, efficient, and collaborative office environment About You You are organised, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also bring: Previous administration or office coordination experience Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Initiative, problem‑solving ability, and a positive attitude Alignment with our guiding principles of Care, Integrity, Passion, Respect, and Future Guidera O’Connor is an equal opportunity employer.
