We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health, Environment & Training (SHET) Advisor to support multiple active Urban project sites across South‑East Queensland. This is a true boots‑on‑the‑ground role where you won’t be behind a desk all day. You’ll be visible on site, building strong relationships, influencing safe behaviours and motivating teams to do their best work, safely. With multiple Urban sites to support, strong organisation, time management and the ability to build trust quickly are essential. About the role Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will help drive a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across our Urban projects. Key responsibilities Building strong, trusted relationships through a visible and engaging site presence Facilitating risk assessments aligned to project activities Developing and championing project‑specific SHE monitoring programs Supporting and improving the application of SHET Management Plans Providing practical SHE advice to Project Managers Contributing to toolbox talks, pre‑starts and site communications Supporting inductions, incident reporting and investigations Delivering SHET training and contributing to broader improvement initiatives About you You are a people‑oriented safety professional who can influence, motivate and lead by example. You are organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple sites in a fast‑paced Urban environment. You will bring Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Project‑based experience within the civil industry Strong knowledge of SHET systems, legislation and risk management Experience in risk assessments, audits, incident reporting and investigations Why join Golding?
