About Diamond Energy Diamond Energy, an Energy Bay brand, was established in 2016 and offers specialised distributed renewable energy solutions to facilitate enterprise customers and property landlords through the energy transition. The company aims to decarbonise industry across multiple geographies. Responsibilities Manage CER accreditations for generation assets, including applications, variations, and compliance activities Create, register, and manage LGCs and STCs in the REC Registry Maintain accurate generation and metering data inputs Prepare and submit annual electricity generation returns Perform and reconcile third‑party settlement calculations, including resolving discrepancies Oversee certificate transfers, trading support, and settlements with brokers and counterparties Support onboarding and implementation of emerging environmental schemes (e.g., REGO, PDRS) Engage with key stakeholders including CER, asset owners, and internal teams Ensure all activities meet regulatory and audit requirements Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree (completed or nearing completion) in STEM, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Energetic and positive mindset Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a supportive, fast‑paced, and evolving team environment Proactive approach with a strong sense of initiative Exposure to renewable energy schemes (LGCs, STCs, RET) or CER processes Experience or coursework in energy markets, compliance, or settlements will be highly desired Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite General IT proficiency, including experience with Outlook and CRM platforms Genuine interest in the regulatory framework and operations of the electricity market Understanding the basics of Energy Industry value chain is preferred Benefits Entry point into the renewable energy and energy markets sector Hands‑on experience with regulatory frameworks and emerging green schemes Collaborative, purpose‑driven environment focused on the energy transition Opportunity for growth and development in a rapidly evolving industry We believe in responsibility and reward you for taking initiative We’re a successful, fast‑growing company with an entrepreneurial vibe We love to promote internally and offer development opportunities Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals We have a great work culture, come and join our team!
