Prepare façade details (hand sketches or drafted in CAD), façade performance specification and detailed engineering calculations and analyses to a high standard and ensure that any outgoing documents are reviewed and verified internal before being presented to a client. Enhance specialised façade technical skills in areas outside of current experience. Communicating with clients and assisting Directors and other senior staff members. Prepare Cadigal Group engineering standards and other ad hoc documentation as necessary. Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings, calculations and reports and respond promptly. Review information supplied by external parties to identify details that may affect the final design. Liaise with other parties to progress the design development of the facade. In collaboration with the façade engineering team, provide peer review services for external parties. Work closely with your line manager and the directors. Qualifications/ Requirements Must be very fluent in Oral and written English and capable of communicating with Australian Engineers and clients. Should be able to prepare hand calculations based on Australian/ International standards and document them. Min. Five years of experience in the engineering field with min Two years as a facade design engineer. Candidate must have completed 4 years engineering degree program with B.Sc or B.Eng degree.
