Working on high‑end home construction projects up to $5m. Office‑based role in Mona Vale. Carry out site visits as required anywhere between Palm Beach and Mosman. Salary between $120k and $155k + super. Duties Manage projects from tender to completion. Client, architect and other stakeholder liaison. Assist in the development of construction programs. Support Site Managers. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and standards. Monitor and review Work Health and Safety. Skills & Experience At least 3 years residential project management experience. Ability to manage residential construction projects through all stages from start to finish. Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
