Tax and Business Services Manager - Y Partners Y Partners is a modern advisory business located in the Adelaide CBD, offering services across Business Advisory, Tax, SMSF, Wealth, Lending, HR, and Cloud. The Tax and Business Services Manager will play a key leadership role in driving client relationships, mentoring staff, and contributing to strategic decisions across the firm’s diverse practice areas. Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships across tax, trusts, and company engagements. Mentor and shape a small team, overseeing the review of engagement work. Provide client service and strategic input to partners on business advisory matters. Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption in tax and business advisory processes. Collaborate with partners to shape the firm’s growth trajectory and equity pathway. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in public practice, demonstrating ownership of client files. CA or CPA qualified, or very close to completion of the qualification. Strong tax knowledge across individuals, trusts, companies, and groups. Experience reviewing engagement work and building lasting client relationships. Technologically savvy with Xero, MYOB, Microsoft Office, and a willingness to explore new software and AI solutions.
