Reporting into the Residential Aged Care Manager, you will use your clinical background to improve residents’ wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family. Train the next generation of carers and nurses. Oversee clinic operations, including stock, compliance and reporting. Develop and refine clinical care programs. Assist in the financial management of the home. Qualifications Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration. At least 3 years in a nursing management role at ward level or above. Experience managing people and budgets. Background in aged care. Additional Requirements All shortlisted applicants must pass required background checks. During the influenza season, staff must provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination.
