WHAT YOU WILL DO Assist in leading the retail and service teams to financial success through exceptional service. Create a client‑centric culture by personally developing and maintaining client relationships. Opportunity to manage, grow and develop your own store with the support of the Store Manager Assist in creating a positive, motivating environment through effective communication & exceptional people management. Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on SARAH & SEBASTIAN information, product knowledge, local market updates, policies and procedure and roll out training where necessary. Opportunity to manage and run a client service - SOLDERED Act as a brand ambassador at all times, ensuring that the SARAH & SEBASTIAN visual displays & team behaviour is in accordance with company guidelines and brand ethos. WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU Experience in Assistant Manager role with a premium or luxury retail store. Ability to drive sales, a genuine love for building relationships & organisational skills that are second to none. Reliability, exceptional attention to detail, a natural leader who influences & inspires others around them.
