About the Role You will work across a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters, including: Capital markets transactions and capital raising activities Advising on ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance Public and private M&A transactions Corporate structuring and governance matters Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Resources sector transactions, including joint ventures, royalty arrangements, farm-ins/farm-outs and project acquisitions/disposals This role provides the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior practitioners while maintaining meaningful client exposure and responsibility. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: 3–5 years’ post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law Experience advising on capital markets, M&A and corporate advisory matters Strong technical drafting and transactional skills Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
